Our certified ORGANIC extra virgin olive oil.  Limited production. Harvested in Nov 2024. High in polyphenols - health claim.  Total polyphenols: 874 mg/kg.  20g (ie. a daily dose) provide 17.5mg of hydroxytyrosol (more than 3x the minimum for a legal health claim). 

Monovarietal made with 100% ORGANIC "Koroneiki" olives, grown in the southwest of Greece on a higher elevation field.  Ultra low acidity of 0.2%.

Sustainably farmed, carefully hand harvested, expertly cold pressed and packaged with highest hygiene standards.  No air miles.
